Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order.

  • Standard delivery times: 3–7 business days within the U.S.

  • Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for an additional fee.

  • International shipping is available to select countries. Delivery times vary by destination and may take 7–21 business days.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey.

Delays

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control (such as carrier delays, customs, or weather conditions). We are not responsible for delays once the package is with the carrier.

Lost or Damaged Packages

International Orders

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply.
